Service Intervals

At Bicester Motor Company, we are following SsangYong’s service interval guide. This has been developed so that your SsangYong is running at peak performance. Here is how it works:

If your SsangYong runs on Petrol…

It will need to be serviced every 10,000miles or 10 – 12months.

If your SsangYong runs on Diesel…

It will need to be serviced every 12,500miles or 10 – 12 months.

Even if you are covering 5000 miles in 10-12 months, you still need to service your SsangYong as your engine oil and fluids will have deteriorated. Running with old oil and fluids will cause damage to your vehicle. If you are unsure about when your service is due, please get in contact so we can get you booked in and keep your warranty validated.

Courtesy Cars Available

Courtesy Cars Available

There is no need for your day to be interrupted whilst we are servicing your SsangYong. If you need to be elsewhere and you do not have access to another vehicle, we have Courtesy Cars available so that your day is uninterrupted.

Simply tell one of our reception team that you require a courtesy car and they will make your booking and allocate you some wheels for that day.

SsangYong 7 Year Warranty

*Any gaps found in your service history will void your 7-Year /150,000 mile Warranty.

Collection and Delivery

Collection and Delivery Service

Can’t get the time off work? Want to spend valuable time with the kids? Help is at hand! We offer a Collect and Delivery Service where our collection and delivery team, led by Jackie, will pick your car up and deliver it back to you.

All you need to do is tell us where your SsangYong is (this could be at home, work or at the gym) and when you want it picking up.

We will then give you a call for payment if required and agree a delivery time.
