I brought my car in for an interim service as vehicle on very low mileage, just over 4,600 so no need for a full service yet. I travel from Wales because I love this Ford dealership in Buckingham, all the staff and they know me very well. I bring my sausage dog, Vinnie with me all the staff know him and love him. Excellent service, and even my car was cleaned as normally if its an interim car doesn't always get cleaned but it was perfect inside and out. Sammy is the best car cleaner in the world! I also had a courtesy car so I could pop off and do any shopping while the car was being serviced. Great dealership wouldn't go anywhere else the bunch in Swansea, Days they are a franchise not a Ford Dealership and they never have any courtesy cars so I never use them its always Ford Buckingham the best dealership. Great customer service from Val and Chris as always and I always feel at home when I bring my car in, very welcoming all the staff. Best of luck I hope they continue to keep doing what they do best. Great local company with low staff turnover. We've used them for nearly 20 years and actually choose Ford vans and cars specifically because we know this garage will look after them for us so well. Very good personal service from the whole team, relentlessly tracking down the obscure issue in the car's engine management system! The whole process of booking the car in, dropping off, discussing how things are going and picking up is very friendly and thorough without any of the disdain many other garages show to the public! This was our first time there but we shall be repeat customers.

Having been over the last few months having had a difficult experience with a vehicle, I got in touch with Buckingham Motor Company and had a chat with James. After a bit of discussion via Ian and James a solution was found and resolved to my liking. I can't think of any other garage that would have gone to that level of customer care and effort. I picked up a replacement vehicle on Tuesday so thank you all for your patience and work to resolve the problem.

Wow this is bit different. A bit old school and customer focused the big fancy dealers that don't give a toss could learn a great deal from this dealer. Friendly, efficient and go out of their way to make purchasing a car a rewarding experience. No pressure at all, offered a good part exchange deal and by the looks of other reviews this will be my service garage of choice going forward. When we picked up our new to us car it was brought around to the front and then "this will never do. I'll be back in a moment". Jenny brought the car back with half a tank of fuel, nice and very welcome. The whole experience has been way better than any big dealer we've dealt with and no call centre either. Love it.

I am reviewing these guys everywhere I can, because they have been one of the best garages I've ever had the pleasure of using (and I've used a few in my 40+ years of driving!) It's such a breath of fresh air to find a garage who are so helpful, friendly and accommodating. I was able to get a pick-up and drop-off for my car's MOT and service, and the people I dealt with there were so wonderful.

They knew I needed the car back for a chiropractor appointment, so when there was an issue, they were kind enough to loan me a courtesy car till they were able to return mine. The work they did was impeccable and they even cleaned it (and better than the car wash guys I'd used,) before returning it! Not the cheapest, but certainly not the dearest - and extremely fair! 100% worth it.

Decent, honest and reliable. Highly recommend these guys.

I have been purchasing my cars with Buckingham Ford for last 13 years. I can honestly say whatever problem that I may have it is sorted without issue from everybody in sales to the servicing dept or even more important the management if they have to.
The customer service is second to none and it makes you feel that they are the extended part of your family.
Buckingham Ford deserves every success that comes its way because they operate there business with such a friendly manner and it feels personnel to the customer, and more important you are never pushed into a decision unless you are happy to proceed a deal.No wonder some of there customers travel from long distances away to return to do repeat business.
I hope to spend many more years of lovely friendly banter with Ian ,James and Jacob and all others in the team.

What really impressed me was that they didn't charge me anything, even though it took their time and effort. Have always been extremely happy with everything - sales, servicing, communication etc - but this time was above and beyond. I have some mobility issues now, and a lovely guy (sorry didn't catch his name) came up to the showroom and took my car round to servicing from there. Had a lovely chat with James while the car was being serviced and he checked on progress. Then one of the service guys brought the car back round the front for me. Have just taken my car in for an estimate for repair to damaged bumper. I have to say that it was probably the best level of service I have received in over 40 years of car ownership. The dent was pulled out and buffed to such an extent that a full repair may not even be required. The charge was minimal and the whole process so honest and frank. I had only called in to get an estimate but within an hour I had my car back with the dent pushed out and looking so much better. Excellent customer service and I'll be recommending this garage to anyone who might listen!

We have two Fords and were really grateful to a friend who suggested Buckingham Ford for service after I had expressed dissatisfaction with the large main dealer nearby. Since that day nearly 10 years ago they have serviced both of our vehicles. The quality of work is excellent but for me their best point is the very personal nature of their service always with a phone call usually from Chris explaining what work has been done or neees to be done and a clear explanation of the cost. Recently they excelled in tracing and dealing with a water leak in my aging Mondeo. Long may they continue as I'd hate to go anywhere else.

Efficiently booked in by Val who faithfully noted my requirements (and steered me through the mysteries of the coffee machine while I waited for the work to be done); problem speedily identified by Chris (or his team) and remedial action agreed by me; and everything completed expeditiously, at pleasingly low cost and with a ready smile. As usual, Team Buckingham Ford exceeded reasonable expectation - just as they have always done in nearly twenty years of looking after my motoring needs. I would like to express my gratitude to your Service Manager, Chris. He spotted me replacing a front wheel on my car at the roadside last week outside my house. He came over and offered to send an apprentice with a jack to assist me, but I declined as I had nearly finished. On his way back past, he again stopped and offered to get the tyre repaired for me if feasible. Once I had changed the wheel, I could see that a stone had punctured the tyre in the centre of the tread, so I took the wheel to Buckingham Ford for a repair. This was done very quickly and efficiently. When I collected the wheel, I enquired what I owed, but was told that there was no charge as I was a neighbour! One of the strange things I have noticed now that I have grown old is that I have less time but more money. This is a direct inversion of what the young experience which is too much time and no money. Life can be a swine, can't it? My recent service was an illustration of this reality. The service team spent their time seeking to reduce costs and explaining their reasoning to me. I appreciated this sentiment but still insisted on an oil change as I can't be bothered learning all the modern techno-jiggery-pokery. They respected my point of view and I appreciate that. They even washed and vacuumed the car afterwards - deep joy. All this technology is alright for you young folk as you have the time to learn, but us older folk would rather fill that time with something more familiar such as weeding, growing vegetables and howling at the moon. Suffice it to say it was a good service, much as I expected. The car runs happily. The MOT went well so the fascists at the DVLA won't send me to a re-education camp which will only upset them even more and I am all in favour of upsetting fascists. All in all it was a good day. You did me some good and I went on my way rejoicing. Life should be like that, there are times enough for sorrow but a car service should make us happy. Well done!
