Last Friday I turned up to have my Fiesta annual service and MOT only to find I was a month earlier than my booking🙈 As it turned out my MOT was due to expire in two weeks time! Andrea, without any hesitation and a beaming smile told me not to worry, that it wasn’t a problem as they could get the job done within an hour or so that very morning. Persistence pays. Our Kuga needed a new header tank and after being sent the wrong one first time ( these things happen with so many options nowadays) the job was done quickly and at a reasonable price. Lovely friendly people but I just wish the fitters would clean their boots before treading on my floor mats!
